Life is very change before 1000 years. On that time people have very different type of thinking about anything. No development they need in their environment and no future Policy. We read in the histories book that humans change his life style because of any type different mind. My today's topic is Positive thinking and how its help us. If we want to good healthy life we think positive. Now a day's our society is facing different types of diseases every house now a day’s one of major disease we are having because of our negative life style. Lungs problem, liver issues, Stomach issue, etc.... Our Media and the foreign Media play a major effect on the mind of our youth. Because no outdoor activities are performed by the children and young they all are busy in door little child are busy in the cartoons channel , elders are busy in the movies channel if we talk about the Women they are also busy in different channel they shows interest in the Cooking channels
Children getting negative thinking from cartoon when they watch any funny move or dance they try at home and i will hurt them because of unawareness from this is not right. Youth are very much effect from the media in movies now a day we found only two topic love and death It’s destroying the mind of both male and female very negative effect on youth. But friend how Positive thinking help us and how we get success in life Good health does not get from good balance diet but we get good health from thinking positive life style Good Mind health good life style and a positive approach towards life always help you in life. According to a scientific survey 90% life style in under our mind grip. Below I will tell you how to be positive and how to make positive habits in your daily life. It is not very difficult quite simple: you can do anything you think you can do. Just listen think you can improve your life, you can. If you think you’re stuck, and are meant for a below-average life, well, you’re right about that also. Way to your journey to a successful life, you’ll want to upgrade your thoughts. Once you do that, everything else will fall into place. Because your thoughts lead to behaviors, behaviors lead to habits, and habits create your life. I Mention Some mature Positive Step in you follow in your life you can improve yourself and live a positive life. 1. Only Talk to yourself the right way
You can do this by staying positive and giving your subconscious mind the right “instructions” to help you achieve any goal. That’s right; we give you permission to talk to yourself. A lot. Out loud. Just make sure you’re saying the right stuff. 2. Never think and Speak Negative Talk always Avoid negative self-talk Lots of people talk themselves out of achieving their goals before they ever take their first step toward achieving them. You can be better than that by learning how to avoid negative thoughts and instead focus on the positive. 3. For you self adopt a positive belief system. Friends Thoughts are things. Thoughts create your reality. And your thoughts are a result of your beliefs. Ask yourself a serious question: are your beliefs helping you, or hurting you? If your beliefs don’t allow you to create the life you want to live, it’s time to make an upgrade. 4. Just Think only about yourself and Think your way to success People who are successful tend to predominantly have thoughts of optimism for health, wealth, and abundance. You can choose whether you’ll learn and grow from events that happen in your life, or whether you’ll act the victim. 5. You can achieve anything so Increase your expectations. If you don’t expect great things to happen in your life, you won’t recognize them when they do. Part of this means that you need to believe that your greatest days are ahead of you, not behind you. 6. Positive Behavior is that Always Say “yes”
Great things happen when you begin to say “yes” to life. You become more passionate. You enjoy life more. You take more risks, which means you grow faster. Saying “yes” to life allows you to live to your potential and enjoy the journey at the same time. 7. Throw off all the negativity from your Brain Get rid of your brain junk. Everyone carries around mental baggage. But the happiest, most successful people can replace the “junk” with positive thinking. It’s a never-ending cycle, but required if you want to be optimistic and live well. 8. Always show good approach and Take daily actions toward your goals Success is achieved through a few simple behaviors that you repeat daily. Nothing more, nothing less. When you think of any successful, happy, or healthy person, you’ll realize that the person has done specific things consistently in order to reach that level of success. Don’t over complicate things as you build your life; do something each day that will get you to where you want to be, and then keep at it until you get it. 9. Your Dream is always Help so Dream big, think big, act big. Lots of people settle for an average life. If that’s what you truly want, that’s great. But most people want more. Determine what you want to do with your life, and use the power of positive thinking to get it. It’s as simple as that. I Hope You all get very much positive result from this article.
